An ongoing partnership reserves a defined level of access, direction, and execution each month or quarter. We set priorities, work through them in order, and keep the strategy connected to the work. Scope, communication, and delivery expectations are agreed before we begin.
Ongoing partnerships reserve capacity, not an unlimited bank of future work. Unused capacity does not automatically roll over unless your agreement specifically says it does. We plan priorities in advance so the time is used where it matters most.
Most projects begin within 5 to 10 business days after the agreement, initial payment, and required materials are received. Larger engagements are scheduled according to current capacity.
Every engagement is founder-led. Valerie sets the direction and stays involved throughout the work. When a project requires additional expertise, trusted specialists may support execution without handing the relationship to a junior account team.
Yes. Many ongoing partnerships begin with a focused project. When the initial work is complete, we can determine whether continued support makes sense. Any change in scope, timeline, or engagement model is documented before more work begins.
Revisions refine the approved direction within the agreed scope. They do not include restarting the project, replacing the original direction, or adding new deliverables. Work outside the approved scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Yes. Our work is remote, and meetings can be scheduled across time zones when practical. Agreements and payments are handled in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated in writing.
Pause, cancellation, payment, and ownership terms are defined in your agreement. Work completed before the pause or cancellation remains payable, and reserved capacity may be subject to notice requirements. Nothing is left to assumption.
